We're pleased to announce the latest update to IRIS Networx.

These release notes contain a detailed breakdown of any new features or enhancements that have been developed, as well as any bug fixes that we have implemented. Our development teams release to production every 2 weeks on average, so our monthly updates contain multiple development releases.

Bugs may have been reported via the Support Desk, fed back to us internally, or found during our testing processes. Due to the bespoke nature of our software, it is likely there may be certain bugs reported that you haven't experienced in your system.

8th May 2024 – System bugs

Issue Description
Attachments not being attached to interviewer emails In the interview workflow candidates CV and application form were not being included in the emails sent to the interviewer, even when set to attach.
Deleting branding deletes all branding in same subfolder Brands were being removed when deleting branding in the same folder structure.
Selecting existing references doesn’t trigger auto send to referee The reference form was not auto sending to referees when saved references were added to onboarding task.
Duplicate Candidate Withdrawal from Interview emails sent to users When a candidate is withdrawn from a vacancy an email is sent to interviewer. The user was receiving multiple of these emails, instead of a single email.

 

8th May 2024 – New design

Issue Description
Unable to email Agencies When selecting Email Selected Agencies a loading wheel was displayed and user was unable to enter the email details.
Error when creating vacancy authorisation When creating a vacancy for a client on, an error message was shown and the vacancy was not created.
System freezes at advert stage for client V2 advert templates were causing system to freeze when creating vacancies.
Intermittent white screen when viewing application When accessing a candidate’s application from Candidate Search, the application details were not displayed.

22nd May 2024 – System bugs

Issues Description
System freezes when searching candidates in vacancy Candidate Search was displaying a loading wheel and not loading candidates.
Interview emails not being generated for candidates Interview self-select and confirmation emails were not being generated when the interview was booked.
Unable to edit workflow due to error When accessing the workflow a loading wheel was displayed and an error occurred in the background.
Unable to book interviews for candidate A loading wheel was displayed when trying to book an interview.
Unable to download signed document When trying to download the signed document in the Document Signing task a blank page was displayed.

 

22nd May 2024 – New design

Issue Description
Error when accessing vacancy from offers in progress When selecting the vacancy title, an error was displayed and the vacancy did not load.
