We're pleased to announce the latest update to IRIS Networx.

These release notes contain a detailed breakdown of any new features or enhancements that have been developed, as well as any bug fixes that we have implemented. Our development teams release to production every 2 weeks on average, so our monthly updates contain multiple development releases.

Bugs may have been reported via the Support Desk, fed back to us internally, or found during our testing processes. Due to the bespoke nature of our software, it is likely there may be certain bugs reported that you haven't experienced in your system.

New features

Optimisation project

As we head into the Spring, we're happy to announce the completion of our initial optimisation project.

Over the last month we have enhanced the performance in the following areas:

  • Vacancy Search and Candidate Search: We've fine-tuned our search algorithms to ensure you can find exactly what you're looking for in less time.

  • New Responses Summary and Offers in Progress Summary: We've improved the loading times of our Dashboard summaries to deliver quicker insights into applicant interactions, and enable you to make informed decisions swiftly.

We hope these improvements enhance your experience, and make a noticeable difference to the efficiency of your recruitment process.

13th March 2024 – System bugs

Issue Description
Unable to access candidate account Privacy Policy Client unable to access candidate account Privacy Policy as this is causing an error.
Unable to access offer task Error accessing offer form task and previewing the offer form.
BYPASS_DOCUSIGN_SIGNATURE_CHECK failure BYPASS_DOCUSIGN_SIGNATURE_CHECK doesn’t bypass the check for a counter signer.
Client RSS feeds don’t work when vacancy field is lookup Client’s RSS feeds contains no vacancies due to how vacancy filter checks for answers.
Unable to select Panel Member as recipient for offer task Unable to select a Panel Member as the recipient of an offer email task.
System doesn’t default to quick applications Opening a vacancy doesn’t default to the Quick Application process when there are candidates included.
Applicant recruitment source showing as unknown Recruitment source showing for some candidates as unknown in applicant scoring.
Offer authorisation emails sent with branding Offer authorisation emails being sent with branding when email template is set to not use branding.
Location doesn’t display in vacancy authorisation Location doesn’t display in vacancy authorisation when a drop down question type has been selected.
Unable to upload files when providing feedback on Tazio interviews Clients unable to perform interview feedback on Tazio interviews, as the Upload files button doesn’t work.

 

13th March 2024 – New design

Issue Description
System freezes after booking interview System freezes when booking interviews from Dashboard.
Advert preview doesn’t display Advert preview doesn’t show when creating vacancies.
Unable to add to subfolder when declining candidate Unable to add sub folder when declining a candidate in a vacancy as the Add sub folder pop-up opens behind the current view.

27th March 2024 – System bugs

Issues Description
CACM users unable to send feedback to candidates When selecting Send Now an error message returns, rather than sending the email to the candidate.
Default venue doesn’t display in workflow No Venue Specified showing when a venue has been selected.
Interviews not cancelled when candidate declined Interviews were not being cancelled when a candidate is declined in a vacancy.
Next candidate button doesn’t load next candidate for scoring When scoring a candidate and selecting Next Candidate, nothing is loaded, when this should load the next candidate.
Application cut-off date prior to the expired date Clients were able to change the Expiry Date via bulk actions to be prior to the Cut off Date, causing issues for any applicant with incomplete applications.
Error viewing application from candidate details Application details don’t load when accessed from candidates’ details.
Icons component broken when editing any client design Unable to select icons in components in client design pages.
Unable to complete application Unable to complete application form even though all questions have been answered.

 

27th March 2024 – New design

Issue Description
Downloading supplemental information form When downloading supplemental information, information from the top section is downloaded, not information from the section you’re viewing.
Unable to edit publishing Clients unable to edit publish settings when using new design as this just displays a loading wheel.
