We're pleased to announce the latest update to IRIS Networx.
These release notes contain a detailed breakdown of any new features or enhancements that have been developed, as well as any bug fixes that we have implemented. Our development teams release to production every 2 weeks on average, so our monthly updates contain multiple development releases.
Bugs may have been reported via the Support Desk, fed back to us internally, or found during our testing processes. Due to the bespoke nature of our software, it is likely there may be certain bugs reported that you haven't experienced in your system.

5th June 2024 – System bugs
| Issue | Description |
| Insights > Vacancies, list not loading | The vacancies list in Insights is showing a loading wheel and not loading. |
| Unable to upload document to interview email | When trying to attach a document to an interview email it’s showing a blank error red box, and when uploading a file, it’s not saved. |
| Documents to sign task showing incorrectly on candidate profile | When a document to sign has been added to a candidate, but not sent, the task is showing on the candidate’s profile. |
| Old Design: Text showing incorrectly when viewing candidates. | When you’ve selected a candidate in Candidates, it’s showing System.Threading.Tasks.Task’1[System.String] above the contact details. |
| Archived lookup values aren’t displaying in authorisation forms | The mandatory fields ET Directorate, LT Directorate, Team and Job Title, are not being displayed. |
| Unable to view candidates in References Required on dashboard | When selecting References Required it’s loading a blank view rather than displaying the candidates. |

| Actions blank for panel member in completed scoring | In Score Complete no options are shown under Actions. |
| Not all options display when hovering over cog in Interview Feedback Required | Not all the options display when hovering the cog when in Interview Feedback Required on the dashboard. |
| Unable to select contact method when declining from interview feedback | When you select decline the pop up window closes before you can select the contact method. |
| Unable to forward candidate details to panel users | When trying to forward candidate details to panel users, a message is displayed reading You are sending the candidate details to a panel member. When you select Yes or No in response, no action is triggered and the details are not sent. |
| Error when accessing Offers in Progress | Error message appearing when accessing Offers In Progress. |
| Panel leader can view full unredacted CV | When viewing the application for the candidate, there is a CV tab that shows the full CV not the redacted one. |
19th June 2024 – System bugs
| Issues | Description |
| Offer letter merge fields not merge special characters correctly | In one of the merge fields the answer in the offer form has an apostrophe, but when merging the offer letter this is showing as '. |
| Hide advert documents doesn’t save when set in workflow | When editing the reference settings and selecting the Hide Advert Documents then Save, the option doesn’t save. When viewing the reference settings again the option is not selected. |
| Unable to import lookup | When importing a file into a lookup the data isn’t being added to the lookup. |
| Lookup archive doesn’t show the archived fields | When viewing the archive in a lookup, it is showing There are no archives available when there should be archived items. |
| Client unable to login through SSO | When users at the client attempt to login through SSO, it’s returning an error message: Could not verify Code please try to login again using Azure. |
| Error when agency user submits application | When an agency user is attempting to submit an application, this is causing an error to be displayed and the application is not be submitted. |
| Decline reason not merging into email | The %DeclineReason%] merge field is included in the email template, but the data is not being merged into the email. |
| Unauthorised users able to access offer tasks | Users able to access all offer tasks when they don’t have the security access to do so. |
| Incorrect interview times for agency self-selection | When an agency is booking interviews which are linked to the interviewer’s calendar, they’re given incorrect time slots. |
| Completed documents not shown on onboarding after candidate hired | When a candidate is marked as hired and they access their onboarding portal the completed signed document task no longer shows. |
| Unable to download signed document | When downloading the signed document in the Document Signing task, a blank page is shown and the document is not downloaded. |
| Error when editing email template as client user | When editing an email template, an error is showing. When the error is closed, the changes made to the template are not displaying. |
19th June 2024 – New design
| Issue | Description |
| Future interviews not displaying in order on dashboard | On dashboard, Future interviews are not displaying in order of which is soonest. |
| Error when publishing vacancy | When you select Latest Vacancy Page, then Next, an error occurs in the background and a loading wheel is shown. |
