We're pleased to announce the latest update to IRIS Networx.
These release notes contain a detailed breakdown of any new features or enhancements that have been developed, as well as any bug fixes that we have implemented. Our development teams release to production every 2 weeks on average, so our monthly updates contain multiple development releases.
Bugs may have been reported via the Support Desk, fed back to us internally, or found during our testing processes. Due to the bespoke nature of our software, it is likely there may be certain bugs reported that you haven't experienced in your system.

New features
Manual CV redaction
We are pleased to introduce an enhancement to the CV Redaction module. Users will now be able to manually redact CVs at any stage of the application process, rather than this being limited to when a CV is in New Responses.
This feature is only available to users who have the CV Redaction module.
With this update, you can now:

Redact CVs at any point in the application process.

Redact CVs when manually adding a candidate profile and CV.

Redact CVs when updating a candidates profile with a new CV.
-
Redact CVs if an application fails to attach a CV initially.
This enhancement provides greater flexibility and control over managing candidate information throughout the recruitment process.
It will also allow you to have more control over your CV Redaction credits, as you can choose to redact just the CVs of candidates that progress to a certain stage. For example, you could choose to redact the CVs of candidates that will be scored by hiring panel.
Manual CV redaction is free for all users who currently have the CV Redaction module, and can be enabled by role or in Manage Roles on a vacancy.

17th July 2024 – System bugs
| Issue | Description |
| Email attachments incorrectly sending with self-selection invitation | Documents in the interview settings which aren’t set to be included on the invitation are being included in the self-select invite email. |
| Redacted CV doesn’t display for candidates in Score Complete | When viewing candidates in Score Complete in Applicant Scoring, selecting the CV tab shows only the file type and not the redacted CV. |
| Signed documents not being marked as signed automatically | When going into the Document Signing task it’s not showing as signed until you manually select Check status, this then updates the status to signed. |
| Client recruitment source icons not appearing | When in a vacancy and checking the applications, some candidates don’t have any recruitment sources icon displaying. |
17th July 2024 – New design
| Issue | Description |
| Candidates not moving to declined folder after declining | Candidates not moving to Declined Applicants when declined. The screen needs to be refreshed in order for the candidate to show in the correct folder. |
| Unable to import agencies | When attempting to import a file, it shows as uploaded successfully but when you then search for the agency it will not have been imported. |
31st July 2024 – System bugs
| Issues | Description |
| Publishing - Total Jobs screening questions not saving | When the client is posting to Total Jobs via ATIS - integrated job boards, the screening questions are not pulling through. |
| Onboarding - Candidate unable to submit date of birth on supplemental form | When selecting on the date of birth field, the date selection view doesn’t load to allow a date to be selected. A date selection view should display so field can be answered. |
| Vacancy Overview - Incorrect counts showing in agency count | Showing that there is 1 declined candidate, even though the agency has submitted 12 candidates and 11 are declined. When you select the hyperlink it shows the correct amount. |
| Candidates unable to book assessment days | When a client is trying to book an up an assessment day on their account, when selecting Select no assessments are displaying. |
| Applications - Unable to apply for vacancy when selecting Other title | When applying for a vacancy, selecting Other as the Title shows in red like the title hasn’t been selected. |
| CVs with text boxes don’t display correctly in Applicant Scoring | CVs that are Word documents and contain text boxes are not displayed correctly when viewing the CV during applicant scoring. |
| Vacancy Details - Downloaded application form displaying gaps in employment incorrectly | The form is incorrectly showing There is a gap of more than 31 days between jobs when there is no gap. |
| Vacancy Details - Hidden recruitment sources displaying for candidates | When applying for the vacancy, the hidden recruitment sources can be seen and selected in the How did you find out about this opportunity question. These sources are marked as hidden so shouldn’t display to candidates. |
| Unable to turn off offer authorisation | When editing a structure level to set the authorisation setting as No Authorisation Required when you go to the vacancy on this structure level and offer a candidate, the authorisation loads. The authorisation setting then reverts back to Inherit Settings from Structure Level. |
| Vacancy Offers - Decimal numeric answer saving with two decimal points | When updating a candidates offer form, the Working Hours are displaying incorrectly, for example when entering a value of 17.5 it’s saving as 17.50. |
| Vacancy Offers - Offer form data isn’t being saved | The interviewer offers the candidate and completes the offer form, but when the next user views the offer form some of the answers haven’t been saved. |

| Issue | Description |
| Incomplete LME confirmation opens behind current view | When marking a Line Manager Endorsement (LME) as incomplete, the confirmation view opens behind the current More Details view and when closing the More Details view the confirmation doesn’t have the correct formatting. |
| No formatting in Self Selection Invites |
When inviting a candidate to self select from the Interview tab in, if you select Invite to self select a partial view is displayed with no formatting. |
