December 2024: Product updates
We're pleased to announce the latest update to IRIS Networx.
These release notes contain a detailed breakdown of any new features or enhancements that have been developed, as well as any bug fixes that we have implemented. Our development teams release to production every 2 weeks on average, so our monthly updates contain multiple development releases.
Bugs may have been reported via the Support Desk, fed back to us internally, or found during our testing processes. Due to the bespoke nature of our software, there may be certain bugs reported that you haven't experienced in your system.

Application Form Delete in Vacancy Setup

"Not Required"Offer Task Feature
We have introduced a new option to mark specific offer tasks as "Not Required," improving task management and overall workflow efficiency.
Key Highlights:

Mark Offer Tasks as "Not Required": Easily remove unnecessary tasks from dashboards, decluttering your workflow.

Exclusion for Milestone Offer Tasks: Tasks associated with milestones cannot be marked as "Not Required," ensuring critical actions are always completed.

Restrictions for Started Offer Tasks: Tasks that have already started cannot be marked as "Not Required," preventing accidental disruptions.
This feature simplifies offer task management, reduces dashboard clutter, and allows users to focus on essential actions.
Automatic Sending of Supplemental Information Offer Tasks
We are pleased to introduce a new feature designed to streamline the offer workflow for client users. As part of this update, supplemental information form tasks will now be automatically sent to candidates as soon as they become available, following the completion of a relevant milestone in the offer process.
This new functionality aims to reduce the manual effort required to send these forms and improve overall workflow efficiency.

Automatic Sending of Supplemental Information Tasks: Once a milestone is reached, the supplemental information form will automatically be sent to the candidate, eliminating the need for manual intervention each time this form is part of the offer process.

Improved Efficiency: This update reduces the frustration of needing to click to perform tasks and manually selecting 'Send to onboarding' or 'Send email,' particularly when sending a form with every offer is a common occurrence.

Optional Setting for Clients: By default, this feature will be turned off. However, a IRIS Recruitment admin can enable it in the offer task settings, providing flexibility for clients to opt in as needed.
This update is aimed at improving efficiency, reducing administrative effort, and ensuring a smoother, more automated offer process for clients.
Release Overview: Automated CV Redaction for Indeed Apply Applications
We are excited to introduce an enhancement that streamlines the CV redaction process for applications received via Indeed Apply. This update ensures that CVs from Indeed Apply are automatically redacted, providing consistency and reducing manual effort for users.
Key Features
Automatic CV Redaction for Indeed Apply Applications: CVs submitted through Indeed Apply will now be automatically processed through the CV Redaction module, just like other applications, as soon as the candidate appears in the New Responses category.
Elimination of Manual Redaction: Users no longer need to manually select the "Redact CV" function for Indeed Apply applications after they are received.
Consistency Across Platforms: This enhancement ensures a seamless and uniform CV redaction experience for all applications, regardless of the source.
Background:
Previously, clients with the CV Redaction Module enabled experienced a gap where applications submitted via Indeed Quick Apply bypassed the automatic redaction process. This meant users had to manually redact these CVs, adding extra steps to their workflow. This update addresses this issue, improving efficiency and consistency for users managing applications.
