We're pleased to announce the latest update to IRIS Networx.
These release notes contain a detailed breakdown of any new features or enhancements that have been developed, as well as any bug fixes that we have implemented. Our development teams release to production every 2 weeks on average, so our monthly updates contain multiple development releases.
Bugs may have been reported via the Support Desk, fed back to us internally, or found during our testing processes. Due to the bespoke nature of our software, there may be certain bugs reported that you haven't experienced in your system.

14th September 2024 — System bugs
| Issue | Description |
| Incorrect credits displayed in account management | Incorrect DocuSign credits displaying to client users in account management (My Account). |
| Data missing from extract | Issues with data extracts to IRIS Cascade, where multiple form fields were used in an extract field. |
| Share vacancy still shows Twitter instead of X | Share Vacancy updated to show X, instead of Twitter. |
| Incorrect document being sent with self-selected interview confirmation | Emails to candidates for self-selection interviews were attaching the incorrect documents. |
| Complete onboarding task shows Perform Task | Completed onboarding tasks now showView Completed Task instead of Perform Task. |
| Candidate history incorrectly showing vacancy as cancelled | When completing candidate feedback and then declining them, the candidate history, was incorrectly showing that the interview was cancelled. It will now show the interview as completed. |
| Able to create dropdown questions with no options | When creating / updating forms in the system (e.g. Application forms), dropdown questions could be saved without building any dropdown questions, which was causing errors. |
| PDF CV files not displaying applicant scoring | Panel Members viewing applicant scoring vacancies reported issues viewing PDFs. |
| Error when loading live vacancies from dashboard | After a user had configured their vacancy search component, they experienced issues when loading live vacancies from Dashboard. |
| Date picker not working on iOS devices | When using an iOS device and selecting a date picker on an application or supplemental form, the candidate was unable to select a date. |
| Qualification date in Education History | Candidates reported issues completing the qualification date on application forms in the Education History question. |

| Issues | Description |
| No formatting when viewing panel scores for shortlisted candidates | Panel Members viewing the scores for a shortlisted candidate, reported issues in Panel Sift. When selecting View Scores / Applications the window opens but doesn’t have the correct formatting. |
| Unable to select application form when publishing to integrated job board | Clients using ATSi (Integrated Job Boards publish type), were unable to attach an application form, if the correct publish type was not attached. |
| Documents don’t show on completed offer authorisations | Documents added to approval by Offer Authoriser not visible after authorisation if the correct configuration setting was not applied. |
| Screen doesn’t close when moving candidate to folder | Users encountered refresh issues within the Candidate Database, when moving candidate to folder. |
| Unable to download Redacted CV | Selecting Download CV on candidate > More Details does not download the CV. |
| Recruitment source not being preset for applications from XML feed | For XML feeds, which were built to pre-set the Recruitment Source, the candidates were incorrectly required to select Where did you see this role. |
| Supplemental form expiry date limited to 2026 | Date available to select as future expiry date in Supplemental forms only went up to 2026. |
| Special characters showing as HTML when sending communication | In communications such as Email Templates / Email communications, recipients were presented with HTML instead of special characters. For example, " instead of "". |
| Unable to access Interview Feedback for declined candidates | User can't view feedback for declined candidate. The feedback is set to Completed With Decision, however, the user can't access / view the feedback form. |
| 404 error when viewing advert from Interview | When an applicant wants to the view the advert from the booked interview tab of their Candidate One Account, they are encountering a 404 error. |
| User unable to book Microsoft Interview video interview | Users with the MS Teams module, were encountering the following error: Please reauthorise your Microsoft credentials. If the problem persists please contact the Service Desk. (404). |
| Agency advert doesn’t show closing correctly | Merge fields on agency adverts showing as {x} days at {xx:xx} BST rather than the number of days / time. |
| Incorrect notification being generated for hiring manager | Within the Notfications module, notifications were being generated and sent when they did not match the criteria set in the notification settings. |
| Incorrect venue displaying in Interviews tab | Conflicting pre-set interview venue settings were causing issues when clients were attempting to run self-select interviews, alongside manual bookings. |
| CV Redaction not working for some clients | For clients using the legacy Panel Sift module (not Applicant Scoring), CV redaction was not working correctly. |
| Vacancy references merge field not working on Line Manager Endorsement Form Completed email | Line Manager Endorsement Form Completed emails were not including the Vacancy Reference merge field. |
| Running a report changes the requested user | This bug was stopping users getting a clear / accurate history of who has run reports, as the historic instances were being set to have been run by the latest user. |

| Issue | Description |
| Shortlisting notes deleted when editing scores | Previously entered shortlisting notes were deleted when a Panel Member edited scores in Applicant Scoring. |
| Unable to add candidate note from Interview Today on dashboard | Clients were unable to add candidate note from Interview Today on New Design dashboard. |
| Guidance text doesn’t show when shortlisting candidates | Pre-set help text to help users when shortlisting candidates was not displayed in New Design. |
| Attachments not sending with communication emails | When a user attaches a document to the interview booking email it’s not being sent to the candidate when the email is sent. This is only an issue when using New Design. |
| Unable to view Interview Feedback | Users can't view feedback for declined candidate. The feedback is set to Completed With Decision, however, the user can't access the feedback form. |
| Unable to delete candidate folder | Users encountered issues within the Candidate Database, when attempting to delete a candidate folder. |
| Inconsistent UI on forms | Reports of inconsistent design on forms, for example, curved or squared corners. |
| Vacancy Overview links not loading vacancy tabs | For clients using the legacy Panel Sift module (not Applicant Scoring), certain quick access links were not working correctly. |
