We're pleased to announce the latest update to IRIS Networx.
These release notes contain a detailed breakdown of any new features or enhancements that have been developed, as well as any bug fixes that we have implemented. Our development teams release to production every 2 weeks on average, so our monthly updates contain multiple development releases.
Bugs may have been reported via the Support Desk, fed back to us internally, or found during our testing processes. Due to the bespoke nature of our software, it is likely there may be certain bugs reported that you haven't experienced in your system.

11th April 2024 – System bugs
| Issue | Description |
| Non-compatible merge fields showing in merge field drop-down | Only the merge fields which are compatible with the notification type should be shown in the merge field drop-down. |
| Incorrect duration showing on employment history | Incorrect employment history duration being displayed on application form. |
| Unable to upload files when providing feedback on Tazio interviews | User is unable to perform interview feedback on Tazio interviews as the Upload files button doesn’t work. |
| Duplicate attachments added to interview emails | Duplicate copies of the same attachments added to interview emails for candidates. |

| Issue | Description |
| Error when changing dates in vacancy publish settings | When changing dates of publications, loading wheel shows and dates are not saved. |
| Advert preview doesn’t display when creating vacancies | When you get to the Advert section the preview of the advert should be displayed, but this is showing as blank. |
| No formatting when declining shortlisted candidates from Dashboard | The view when declining candidates from a shortlist from the dashboard panel needs to be reformatted. |
| Dashboard defaulting to My Vacancies | New design dashboard showing My Vacancies instead of All Vacancies as default. |
| Social media image not set by default | Social media image not set by default when publishing to multiple publish types. |
29th April 2024 – System bugs
| Issues | Description |
| Offer tasks not displaying on client’s onboarding portal | Supplemental Offer tasks not showing on candidate onboarding portal. |
| Candidate not moving out from Uncontacted Applicants | Candidates still appearing in Uncontacted Applicants after being marked as Contacted Not Required. |
| Town doesn’t show in candidate profiles | When editing the profile there is a Town field, but this is not displayed on the profile. |
| Client RSS only showing single selected option for filter | Filter options duplicated in display when editing client RSS feed. |
| Blank screen when viewing panel user scores | Blank screen when viewing panel user scores in Panel Overview. |
| Employment questions displaying incorrectly on supplemental form. | Advanced Employment Question not showing correctly in supplemental form. |
| Upload cross app questions can’t change answers on new application | Unable to change document when applying to application with upload cross app questions. |
| Auto email offer task not populating user email | Auto email tasks set to send to the panel member (Hiring Manager) aren’t being trigger and Email to field is blank. |
| Candidate details aren’t loading in Candidate Folders | When the user selects a folder that contains a candidate it’s just showing a loading wheel instead of all the candidate details. |
| Incorrect access to Download Other Documents | If Download Other Documents is deactivated, the user should only be able to download the CV and Application form. |
| Client RSS feed doesn’t work after adding new field | Client RSS feed doesn’t work when adding new field to the feed, as it’ll show error after feed refreshes |
| System errors when moving out of offer task | When accessing the offer workflow, a message appears stating Please contact Networx if any changes are required to this offer process, but when selecting OK, it shows a loading wheel and an error occurs in the background. |
| Check box options not appearing when you’ve not completed mandatory field | Check box text vanishes if the question hasn’t been completed and you attempt to select the check box. |
| Panel leaders unable to access Interview tab in vacancies | Panel leaders are unable to access Interview tab even though they have security access. |
| Full ethnicity doesn’t display when report is extracted | Full ethnicity isn’t being added to the extract file when running a report. |
| Need to set Team leader each time editing team | When editing a team, you need to assign a Team leader before you save the team, but this change isn't saved if you then need to go back in to amend details. |
| Error accessing Offer Details | User is unable to access the Offer details for one Candidate. |
| Deactivated user not removed from vacancy template | When a user is deactivated, they’re not removed from the vacancy template in data. |

| Publishing doesn’t use default expiry from vacancy publishing | The default expiry date when publishing isn’t matching the default number of days for expiry on publications setting. |
| Unable to offer from interview feedback on Dashboard | Unable to offer from interview feedback on Dashboard as the workflow processes close before you can select an option. |
| Vacancies Awaiting Panel Score not displaying on Dashboard | Vacancies Awaiting Panel Score not shown in Vacancies on Dashboard. |
| Sift options don’t close after sifting from interview feedback | After sifting a candidate from interview feedback the sift options aren’t removed from the screen. |
| Error when accessing application from interview feedback | Error when Application selected to load panel scores for the candidate. |
| No back button when viewing reference details | There isn’t a back button when viewing reference details. |
| Unable to publish when Show the cut-off date during the publishing process? setting is No | Unable to publish in when Show the cut-off date during the publishing process? is set to No. |
| To Be Scored doesn’t refresh after scoring candidate | When in Panel Sift, candidates still show in To Be Scored after scoring, until you close and re-open. |
| Intermittent white screen when viewing application from candidate search | Application details intermittently showing as blank when viewed from candidate search. |
