We're pleased to announce the latest updates to IRIS Networx.
These release notes contain a detailed breakdown of the new features and enhancements that have been developed, as well as any bug fixes that we have implemented. Our development teams release to production every 2 weeks on average, and our monthly update features multiple releases.
Bugs may have been reported via Support Desk, fed back to us internally, or found during our own rigorous testing processes. Due to the bespoke nature of our software, there may be certain bugs reported that you haven't experienced in your system.

New features
DocuSign Silver Partner status
IRIS are proud to announce that we are now a silver status partner of DocuSign!
This means that we can provide DocuSign credits at a much cheaper and competitive price, compared to getting them externally.
DocuSign functionality comes as part of the package for both the Offer and On-Boarding modules.
Any details from the Vacancy, Candidate, Offer Forms, and Supplemental Information Forms can be merged into your documents. A candidate can then be sent the document to sign whenever they reach the specified stage in your recruitment process.

The following bugs have been resolved in the last month and are listed by release date. The reports are split into two sections: system bugs and bugs in the new design.

13th September 2023 – System bugs

| Revision tag not showing in vacancy authorisations | Revision tags not showing on authorisation form if the Enter key has been used to select an item in a drop down or used at the end of text. |
| Interview emails using client email address rather than structure email address | Incorrect email address being used for interview emails sent to candidate, as it should be the email address in the structure level used as the Email from address. |
| Candidate can submit references with mandatory field missing | Candidates are able to add references without an email address included even though this is a mandatory field. |
| Requires CV setting isn’t saved when publishing vacancy | The Requires CV setting is not being saved when publishing a vacancy |
| Add max width to logos on account login screen. | Adding a max width to logos on the account login screen to reduce risk of logo appearing too large |
| Offer form questions not loading when setting condition on onboarding portal. | The questions aren’t listed when adding a condition to a field on a client’s onboarding portal. |
| Duplicate notifications sent to user | User receiving duplicate notifications for vacancies due to expire emails. |
| Other title free text field untitled in application form | Free text field for title doesn’t display prompt to show what this field is for. |

| New design: Unable to add candidate to candidate folder from a vacancy | When using new design, you’re unable to add a candidate to a candidate folder from a vacancy. |
| New design: Unable to bulk re-classify candidates | Unable to bulk re-classify candidates when using new design, when the options to re-classify the candidates should be displayed. |
| New design: Vacancy Search burger menu not displaying correctly | Burger menu on Vacancy Search screen is not displaying correctly when viewed on a smaller screen |

| Validate to check if team is used in an authorisation configuration | A client can delete a team even if it's being used in an authorisation configuration. |
| CV parsing not loading details onto application form | CV parsing doesn’t load CV details into the application form as this shows a loading wheel. |
| Interview emails using client email address rather than structure email address | Incorrect email address being used for interview emails sent to candidate. |
| Unable to view unverified incomplete applications. | Client users unable to view unverified incomplete applications. |
| Unable to search on Candidate ID in Candidate Search | Clients are unable to search on Candidate ID in Candidate Search. |
| Update warning text when client declines Networx candidate | Update decline text when client declines candidate in Networx managed vacancy |
| Candidates able to apply for vacancies which are set to Cannot Apply | Candidates are able to apply for vacancies which have been published as Cannot Apply. |

| New design: Client documents not included in emails when forwarding candidate details | Client documents aren't included in emails when forwarding candidate details in new design. |
| New design: Unable to allow or reject conflict of ownership agency candidates | On new design a client is unable to allow or reject an application which has a conflict of ownership. Clicking on Allow/Reject doesn’t load anything. |
| New design: Unable to add candidate to candidate folder from vacancy | When using the new design you’re unable to add a candidate to a candidate folder from a vacancy. |
| New design: System freezes when assigning person specification | System freezes when assigning person specifications when using new design. |
