We're pleased to announce the latest update to IRIS Networx.
These release notes contain a detailed breakdown of any new features or enhancements that have been developed, as well as any bug fixes that we have implemented. Our Development Teams release to Production on average every 2 weeks, so our monthly updates contain multiple development releases.
Bugs may have been reported via the Support Desk, fed back to us internally, or found during our own rigorous testing processes. Due to the bespoke nature of our software, there may be certain bugs reported that you haven't experienced in your system.

New Features
No Registration Apply
We're excited to announce the launch of our new No Reg Apply module, which will streamline the way candidates apply for roles. We understand that applying for jobs can be a time-consuming process, and we want to make it as easy and hassle-free as possible for all future potential candidates. The No Reg Apply module allows candidates to submit their applications in just a few clicks, and then create an account by simply clicking on a verification link sent to them.
The No Reg Apply module will be a game-changer for our candidates, making it easier and faster for them to apply for roles and showcase their talents. We look forward to seeing the positive impact this new feature will have on our platform and the recruitment process.
As this is a completely different way of handling incoming applications, we are launching this module to a closed group as part of a Beta testing programme. If you would like to take part, contact your Account Manager.

No Reg Apply is an essential feature if you're used to handling a large volume of applications.

Candidates have a faster initial application process, as they complete candidate registration at a later stage.

Candidates will still receive an email upon application asking them to verify their email address, as we are still required through GDPR to verify the user’s information that we are holding. This will not impede their application.

Recruitment Managers and Vacancy Admins can select, per Vacancy, whether it should go through the Quick Application, Full Application, or the No Registration Application process:
Bug Fixes
The following bugs have been resolved in the last month and are listed by release date. The reports are split into two sections: system bugs and bugs in the new design.

Incorrect Advert ID on VacancyPublishInfo table | Vacancies that have been published using auto-publish have the same Advert ID as other vacancies. Editing the vacancy details doesn't reflect on advert. |
Insights - Single security config | Primary Reports and Insights use the same security level. |
Offer Details button doesn't show in application details | Offer Details option doesn't show when Experian Right to Work Check' module is active. |
Insights not in Dashboard Maintenance dropdown | Insights are not displaying in Dashboard Maintenance even though they should be available. |
Unable to generate merge fields for documents | Unable to generate merge field for letters/digitally-signed documents as the file isn’t downloaded. |
Booking Interviews through Interviews Dashboard | Users who shouldn’t be able to book appointments can do so from the Interviews widget on the dashboard. |
Experian Background Check: Unable to send check due to JSON error | Unable to send Experian Background Check as this is returning a JSON message, when it should be sent through to Experian. |

Issue | Description |
Incorrect branding image set on application form | Incorrect branding image selected on application form. The image is the top-level branding rather than the branding of the parent structure. |
End Date employment history question shows as mandatory when it’s not required | 'End Date' question showing as mandatory in the application form, even though it's not a required field. |
Acknowledgments not appearing | Vacancy acknowledgments aren’t loading when submitting an application. |
CV Parsing not loading details onto application form | CV parsing doesn’t load CV details into the application form, it only shows a loading wheel. |
Missing data from candidate extract | Some answers provided by candidates aren't being included in the candidate extract. |
Polling violations errors reported by Docusign | Waiting time for requesting the same unique envelope resource multiple times has been extended to over 15 minutes. |
CV isn’t automatically redacted for manually submitted applications | When you’ve manually submitted an application with a CV, the CV isn’t automatically redacted even though CV redaction is turned on in the vacancy. |
Pending Right to Work Checks on Dashboard shows all candidates | The ‘Pending Right to Work Checks’ count on the dashboard is for all candidates and not just candidates in vacancies the user has access to. |
