We're pleased to announce the latest update to IRIS Networx.
These release notes contain a detailed breakdown of any new features or enhancements that have been developed, as well as any bug fixes that we have implemented. Our Development Teams release to Production on average every 2 weeks, so our monthly updates contain multiple development releases.
Bugs may have been reported via the Support Desk, fed back to us internally, or found during our own rigorous testing processes. Due to the bespoke nature of our software, there may be certain bugs reported that you haven't experienced in your system.

Bug Fixes
The following bugs have been resolved in the last month and are listed by release date. The reports are split into two sections: system bugs and bugs in the new design.

16th August 2023 – System Bugs
| Issue | Description |
| Changing the Job Title in the Offer Details Form | Read-Only questions that are defaulted from Offer Auth don't show the latest answer if the answer has been updated. |
| Insights: Upcoming Interview component doesn't load interview details | Clicking an interview in the Upcoming Interviews insights component doesn't load the interview details. |
| Primary Reports: Extracted file using encrypted file type | Extracted reports to emails are using encrypted files even though the encryption isn't turned on. |
| Offer Process screen not showing 'Send Contract to Onboarding' task completed | ‘Completed date’ and ‘Who by’ user doesn't display in Offer Details for Document Signing tasks. |
| Authorisation Chain Select Team Member Bug not loading | When adding a team to an authorisation chain, the option to select a user from the team doesn't show until you exit and re-enter the authorisation. |
| Insights: Vacancy authorisations | ‘Vacancy authorisations requiring my response’ doesn’t display on the Vacancies insight component. |
| Document Signing task displaying on Onboarding Portal before document has been sent | Document signing task displaying on a candidate’s onboarding portal before you’ve sent the document to be signed. This is only an issue when the offer task has a document set by default. |
| Error when accessing candidate account | Unable to log in as a candidate, this displays an error. |
| Radio buttons not aligned on Employment questions | Radio buttons for ‘Are you still employed here?’ are slightly off screen when candidates are completing supplemental form. |
| Importing Lookup doesn’t add all values from file. | Column is ignored when importing a CSV file to update a Lookup |
| Structure levels set for Vacancy Template folder doesn’t include child levels | Client users unable to access vacancy templates even though the vacancy template is available for the parent structure level. |
| Book Interview security level only works if set against user and not against role in vacancy | Client users unable to book interviews if user group doesn’t allow it, but vacancy user role does. |
| Hyperlinked text doesn’t display correctly when panel scoring candidate | Hyperlinked text showing HTML code when viewed in Applicant Scoring |
| Interview Feedback button doesn’t show | Interview feedback button not displaying for client user. |
| Unable to access lookup due to error | Client is unable to access a lookup as this is returning an error message. |
| Partial Right To Work Checks showing as approved in Offer Task. | RTW check showing as approved even though only a partial check has been returned for the candidate. |
| Multi-Line form questions not extracted in extraction | Multi-line question types aren’t being included extractions even though they’ve been answered by the candidate. |
| Candidates unable to submit applications due to missing mandatory end date field. | Candidates unable submit applications as they’re getting a message stating mandatory field hasn’t been completed. This is due to the ‘End Date’ field, which is removed as they’ve selected ‘Yes’ for ‘Are you still employed here?’. |

| New Design: Show Apply Button shows in publishing when settings state it shouldn't | The ‘Show Apply Button’ question is appearing when publishing a vacancy in New Design even though it shouldn’t be based on publish settings. |
| New Design: Completing offer tasks from Dashboard | Completing offer tasks from the Dashboard in New Design doesn’t load the offer details to trigger the auto-email tasks. |
| New Design: Unable to invite to self-select from Interview Feedback. | Unable to send an invite to self-select from interview details, as nothing loads after clicking on the button. |
| New Design: Unable to delete vacancies | When clicking on 'Delete Vacancy', this isn't loading anything to allow you to delete the vacancy. |
| New Design: Publishing to Vacancy Poster doesn’t load link to log in to Vacancy Poster | When publishing to Vacancy Poster on New Design it’s not loading the link to log into Vacancy Poster site. |
| New Design: Incorrect Breadcrumb and header when in GDPR | When accessing GDPR on New Design the header and breadcrumb is incorrect |
| New Design: Error when creating vacancy | When creating a vacancy using a template that shouldn’t go through authorisation, it’s causing an error. |
| New Design: Candidate information doesn’t wrap to fit box | Candidate information isn’t wrapped to fit in box when booking an interview using a smaller screen. |
| New Design: Currently working toggle not aligned correctly on smaller screens | The Currently Working toggle isn’t aligned correctly when viewed on smaller screen. |
| New Design: Unable to Decline Candidates when closing a vacancy | Unable to decline candidates when closing a vacancy when using New Design. |
| New Design: Online Interview button doesn’t show | Online Interview button doesn’t show in New Design. |
31st August 2023 – System Bugs
| Issues | Description |
| NHS Jobs specification doesn't retain selected option | NHS Jobs specifications are reverting back to qualification rather than what you've selected. |
| Unable to generate merge fields on newly created Document | Clients are unable to generate merge fields on a newly created digitally-signed document. |
| The ‘Select Team Member’ option displayed incorrectly | When authorising a vacancy, the ‘Select Team Member’ options show for teams where any user should be able to authorise, so selecting a user isn’t required. |
| Verifying candidate account showing Expired page | Accessing the verification link from the email is going to a page stating that the verification has expired, even though it hasn’t and the account is being verified correctly. |
| Agency receiving interview emails | Interview emails for Candidates are sent to the Agency rather than to the Candidates |
| Indeed feed creating a Networx account | When applying for a client vacancy on Indeed, this is creating a Networx account rather than an Indeed account |
| Incomplete Document signing task | Document signing tasks being marked as incomplete when client user saves the task. |
