Manual application forms

If a candidate is unable to submit their application online, you can create a Manual Application Form for them to complete.

Go toSettings > Forms > Manual Application Forms.

Like application forms, a manual application form contains sections and questions.

You must have the manual application form set up correctly before you create a vacancy. There is only one form across all vacancies but it is editable within the vacancy at the point you add a candidate.

It's a very similar process to creating Application forms .

• To add a section, select Add Section.

• To add a question, select Add Question.

• To add a group, select Add Group.

• To add fixed text, select Fixed Text.

• To copy a question from another form, select Copy From.

Select Preview to view your form when complete.
