There's many different question types you can add to an application form. Here's a list:

  • Date
    Choose a date using the date picker.

  • Drop Down List
    Multiple options, 1 answer.

  • Multi-Line Text
    Up to 4000 characters.

  • Checkbox
    Multiple choice, multiple answers.

  • Numeric
    Only accepts numbers between min/max values.

  • Radio Buttons
    Multiple choice, 1 answer

  • Single Line Text
    Up to 200 characters

  • Upload File
    Not available with Quick Apply.

  • Radio Buttons (Yes/No)
    2 fixed options, 1 answer.

  • Time
    Insert a time.

  • Hierarchical Lookup
    Shows several answers/lists (each subsequent list is dependent on the previous answer.)

  • Education
    A preset question to encourage candidates to add their education information. (This is not valid for Quick Apply.)

  • Employment History
    A preset question to encourage candidates to add employment information. (This is not valid for Quick Apply.)

  • Employment History (Advanced)
    A preset question to encourage candidates to add employment info. This advanced option allows you to define gaps in employment history and add additional questions. This question type has increased configurability.

    1. InEmployment From/To, selectDay/Month/Year.

    2. Select theStart Date to Follow Oncheck box to ensure the candidate’s dates will run consecutively when they add another job.

    3. Select theAllow Overlapping Datescheck box to allow for jobs that overlap.

    4. In theNotify On Gaps Larger Thanbox, change the number of days as required.

    5. If required, you can then add, edit or delete questions.
