Edit communication emails

It's easy to edit existing email templates for candidate emails, internal emails, and candidate account emails. This is useful if your company branding changes or you have additional merge fields you want to add.

  1. Go to Settings > Communications > Emails.

  2. On the Template Type list, select the email you want to edit.

  3. In the Description box, amend the description.

  4. If required, toggle the Template is Read only switch to change the read-only status

  5. If required, toggle the Use Email Branding Template switch to use company branding on the template. (The default value is off.)

  6. In the Subject box, amend the subject line, or select Insert to add a new merge field. (You can also delete any of the existing merge fields.)

  7. In the Body box, update the content. Or, select Insert to add a predefined merge field. You can paste text from another source and use the icons on the toolbar to apply bold, italics or underline formatting to your content.

  8. In the Script box, enter the script you want to use.

  9. Select Save.
