Acknowledgments

When a candidate submits their application, a confirmation message is displayed and they receive an email. You can edit these acknowledgments before creating a vacancy, or on a per vacancy basis.

You can configure:

  • Emailed Acknowledgments

  • On Screen Acknowledgments

  • Unverified Quick Application Acknowledgments

  • Verified Quick Application Acknowledgments

Any changes made to acknowledgments in use are effective immediately.

  1. Go to Settings > Communications > Acknowledgments.

  2. Select the acknowledgment you want to configure.

  3. Edit the content as required.

  4. Select Send test to view your changes, or select Save to make your changes effective immediately.

  5. Repeat for all of the acknowledgments you want to configure.
