Shortlist candidates
Once you have completed the sifting process, successful candidates can now be progressed to an interview stage.
You can either contact candidates and book the interviews now, or create a shortlist to contact at a later date.
The shortlist option is used for a number of reasons:

You may not have time to book interviews now

The candidate may not be available and will need contacting later

You need to create a list of candidates for another user to book interviews on your behalf
How to shortlist

In the vacancy, go to New Responses > Sifted Candidates.

Select one or multiple candidates.

Select the cog icon, then Shortlist / Interview.
Depending on permissions, you may only have the option to Shortlist.

Select Book Later (Add to Shortlist).

Add the required details:

Which type of interview you are shortlisting for.

Who will book the interview.
-
Interviewers.
-
Venue.
-
Interview duration.
-
Any other interview details.
Select Save For Later? to save these details for the next time.

Select Save.
The candidates are moved to Shortlisted under the chosen interview type.
Shortlisted candidates are also available from your dashboard.
