Legacy reports

You can create reports for a number of different criteria, such as the structure of your company and vacancy fields within a specified date range.

There are a number of different types of legacy reports you can run:

• Application Report
  Reports statistics on the applications, interviews and offers against reportable questions between a specified date range.

• Activity by Period
  Shows activity between specified data ranges. It counts the number of vacancies, applications, and shortlisted, interviewed, and offered candidates.

• Status Report
  Displays a snapshot of the current status of the system. It counts the number of vacancies, applications, and shortlisted, interviewed and offered candidates.

• Application Source Report
  Displays the number of vacancies, applications, shortlisted, interviewed, offered, and hired candidates by application source between specified date ranges. Each count can be selected to view in more detail.

• Duration Report
  Displays the average time the various stages of the vacancies took to complete, based on specific criteria.

• Costs Report
  Reports on the average cost per vacancy, application, interview, offer, and hire, broken down per application source for a specified date range.

• Equal Opportunity Report
  Reports on the applications, interviews, and offers against the Equal Opportunities questions within a specified date range.

• Vacancies Report
  Shows all vacancies within a specified date range, based on specific criteria or no criteria (all vacancies).

• User Report
  Reports on all of the users that have access to IRIS Networx.
