Manage your profile
This is where you can change your personal details, upload a new profile image, switch to the new IRIS Networx design, change your password, use different log in credentials, and set your cookie preferences. You can also enable and disable dashboard caching for improved performance.

Select your name at the top right then select Edit Profile.

To change your photo or icon, select Upload Profile Image then navigate to and select the image you want to use.

If required, change your First Name, Surname and Job Title.

If required, enter and confirm a new password. Enter your current password.

Do one of the following:

To use your Google credentials, select Click to Authorise next to that option.

To use your Microsoft credentials, select Click to Authorise next to that option.

To use the new IRIS Networx design, toggle the Use New Design switch on (green). (To go back to the old design, toggle the switch off.)

To ensure your dashboard data loads as quickly as possible, ensure the Disable Dashboard Caching switch is off. Your data is cached for a short period so it's much quicker to load.
If you need to view the latest data, switch Disable Dashboard Caching on but be aware that your dashboard may be slower to load.

To update your cookie preferences, select Edit next to that option.

Select Save Changes.
