Account Management

If you're the main contact / main system user, you can access Account Management from the Quick Access menu. Here, you can:

  • View your primary contacts

  • See when your IRIS Networx license is due to renew

  • View your credits and credit history

  • View the contact details for your CRM

  • Monitor your activity

  • View and edit your data purge rules

Primary Contacts

Primary Contacts are the users who are notified about upcoming updates and new features. Primary Contacts can also raise support tickets via Help > Customer Portal.

Data Purge Settings

You can set the number of days after which data will be purged. You can also edit the email template used to advise candidates that their email account is about to expire.

Select Edit Data Purge Details, make the edits, then select Save.
