Agencies

Select an agency to view, add, edit, and delete the following information:

• Agency Overview - Agency information and details.

• Agency Terms - Agency terms and forecast costs.

• Agency Documents - Documents relating to the agency.

• Agency Contacts - Agency contacts and their details. You can also send contacts their log in details, and contacts can log in from here.

• Agency History - Current and previous vacancies, and basic candidate stats.

• Agency Classification - Location of the agency within the agency folder structure. You can also set the default email address for each folder.

• Advanced Functions - Here you can enable or disable regular reviews of the agency, merge agencies, and delete them.

  Merge and delete options will result in data being permanently deleted. These actions cannot be reversed.
