How to use this MyCascade help center

This help centre lets you search for answers, browse topics, and get the information you need to get your job done. It opens in your default browser and automatically adjusts to fit your device. Select the IRIS logo at the top left at any time to go back to the home page.

Search for answers

Enter a search term on the home page or individual topic at the top of the page and enter a search term. The list filters as you type and you can select the topic you want to view.

Navigate topics

Use the table of contents in the left panel to browse the content structure and select the topic you want to view.

Content updates

The help content is updated regularly, in alignment with platform releases and user feedback. Let us know how we can improve by emailing us at content-design@iris.co.uk.
