Create Set Rights Roles

With Set Rights roles, you can set up access for groups of employees (for example, line managers or heads of departments) in bulk. You can then assign the roles you have created to employees.

Take care when assigning Set Rights roles and make sure to select the appropriate employees first, using the Employee Selector.

The Set Rights Role feature is only available if it is included in your package. If you cannot access the Roles feature and need to update an employee's Set Rights when they change job roles, you must manually adjust their Set Rights permissions.
