Set up Audit Data deletion rules

The Audit Trail Deletion screen lets you control how long the system keeps audit data before it is automatically deleted.

To update the Audit Trail Deletion screen:

  1. Sign in to IRIS HR Professional.

  2. Go to System Tools > Utilities > Data, then select Audit Trail Data Deletion.

  3. Enter your preferred number of months (up to 132).

  4. Select Save.
