Set up an FTE Scheme

FTE Schemes allow you to set your own schemes and assign these to new starters. The field allows you to add the total hours for that scheme and appears on:

• Contract tab

• Lookup Tables

• New Starter form

FTE now uses the Employees Hours divided by the Scheme Hours to give a more accurate FTE value.
