Reassign a Quick Query
When creating a query, you become the owner of it. To change the owner of a query, you must assign it to another user. Changing the owner of a query ensures that if an employee leaves the company, any queries previously assigned to them are still available for use.
To reassign a quick query:

Go to System Tools > Utilities > Tools > Reassign Quick Queries.

Use the Reassign from dropdown list to select the user you want to reassign queries from.

Use the Reassign all to dropdown list to select the user you want to reassign the queries.

Select Reassign All.

Copy Export Field Selector Saved Selections to Quick Queries.

If required, from Exports copy your Saved Field Selection to Quick Queries. This allows you to use these fields when producing queries.

There are two Actions on the Field Selector screen:
Copy to Quick Queries

This option copies the saved selection you are working on to Quick Queries. A new query creates with the same name as your Saved Field Selection and assigns to the Saved Field Selection category in Quick Queries. The Saved Selection also remains in the Exportssection.
Copy to Quick Queries and Delete

This option works the same as Copy to Quick Queries, the only difference being the saved Field Selection deletes from the Exports section.

You can only select Copy to Quick Queries or Copy to Quick Queries and Delete once per Saved Selection.

If required, make any changes to the query in the usual way.

When copied to Quick Queries, the new query assigns to the person who copied it from the Saved Field Selection.

If Saved Field Selection flags as Public, Quick Queryflags as Shared (Read Only).
