Schedule a Quick Report

To schedule a Quick Report:

  1. Go to System Tools > Utilities > Exports & Reports > Quick Queries and select Quick Reports.

    If no report exists, select Create New and refer to Create a Quick Report for guidance on how to add a report.

  2. From the Quick Reports list, select the required report.

  3. Select Actions (the arrow symbol) on the report row and choose Schedule Report.

  4. Complete the fields shown on screen using this table as a guide:

    Field Description
    Name This field automatically populates with the report name.
    Start Date Add a report start date.
    Stop Date Add a report stop date, if needed.
    Send to me Select to send the report to your email address.
    Send to Where Clause Allows you filter records using a specific criteria. Use the Where Clause builder to specify who you want to receive the report.
    Send to Email Address Enter an email address to send the report to an external user.
    Use Recipient Permissions Select this to create the report based n the permissions of each recipient.
    Frequency Choose an option from the list.
    Active Select to activate the report schedule
  5. Select Save.
