To help you identify which of your employees need to update their usernames to email addresses, you can create a Quick Query.

To do this:

  1. Go to System Tools > Exports & Reports > Quick Queries.

  2. Select Create New.

  3. Under Field Search, from the Form dropdown, select Personal.

  4. Select each field you need to identify the employee, e.g. Employee Number, Surname, Known As.

  5. Make sure to select Username is Email.

  6. Under Selected Fields, if required, change the order of the fields selected by using the arrows or entering column numbers.

  7. Enter a Name for the query.

  8. If required, enter a Description.

  9. Select Starters and Leavers as needed.

  10. Select a Category for the query.

If you need to create a Category, select the Category heading.

On the form that opens, add a Category lookup for quick queries.

  11. To make the query accessible to others, from Shared Query, select either Editable or Read-Only.

Leave this field blank to keep the query private.

  12. Select Save.

A list of your queries displays on the screen.
