Refer to the IRIS Identity page for information on the new sign-in system.
To help you identify which of your employees need to update their usernames to email addresses, you can create a Quick Query.
To do this:
-
Go to System Tools > Exports & Reports > Quick Queries.
-
Select Create New.
-
Under Field Search, from the Form dropdown, select Personal.
-
Select each field you need to identify the employee, e.g. Employee Number, Surname, Known As.
-
Make sure to select Username is Email.
-
Under Selected Fields, if required, change the order of the fields selected by using the arrows or entering column numbers.
-
Enter a Name for the query.
-
If required, enter a Description.
-
Select Starters and Leavers as needed.
-
Select a Category for the query.
If you need to create a Category, select the Category heading.
On the form that opens, add a Category lookup for quick queries.
-
