Access Quick Queries

To access Quick Queries, go to System Tools > Exports & Reports and select Quick Queries. Here you can create, amend and run queries.

View/edit a Query

On the query you want to view/edit, select the dropdown arrow and choose either Copy, Preview or Run Query.

Field Description
Copy
Select this option to create a copy of an existing query.
 
From here, you can adapt and create a different query version for each department.
 
Once   you have chosen Copy, a pop-up displays asking if you want to keep the Shared Query Settings.
 
This refers to the shared query settings which become available when saving your query.
 
Select OK to keep the settings from the original query.
Preview
Select Preview to see a preview of your query results.
 
The system shows you the first 10 rows of data within your query results.
Run Query
Select this option to run your query. You can also see the results based on the criteria you have added.
Search Enter text into the Search field to find a saved query.
Category
Use this dropdown to find a query from a particular category.
