Employee Number The Foundation system now displays the correct error message if you try to add a new employee using an Employee Number that’s already in use.
Position Management emails We fixed an issue that prevented emails from sending.
Time We have fixed an issue where users with View and Create Set Rights Set Rights are the system permissions you allocate to employees to control the information available to a user about other employees. permissions for Time could not edit break durations.

Custom Login Screen Builder

  • We fixed an issue where replacing an existing image failed to upload correctly.

  • We also fixed an error some users experienced when trying to access the Custom Login Screen Builder.

Custom Login Screen Builder Fixed an issue where refreshing the page while previewing a custom login screen removed all customisations.

Accidents Resolved an issue where accident records were not deleting from My Details > Accidents.

Time records Fixed an issue where overlapping time records could be saved, submitted, and approved after editing,
Recruitment Fixed a error in Recruitment > Exports & Reports > Document Export when scheduling an export.
My Details > Personal > Email field Fixed an issue in Directories where using the Edit option to update an employee's Work Email field caused it to clear after saving.

Time entry Fixed an error which displayed when updating From and To in a time entry and a time format error showed.
Multi-currency Fixed an issue where the Currency field, when added to a form, showed a zero when opened in PDF format.
Custom login screen Fixed an issue with custom login screens not displaying the list of available languages at the bottom of the screen.

This only affects users with both a custom login screen and the language feature enabled.
