Overview of My Details
The information displayed in My Details may differ depending on your access permissions as an admin or line manager.
Admins typically have all indicators selected on their Set Rights Set Rights are the system permissions you allocate to employees to control the information available to a user about other employees. permissions, excluding Payroll Admin and Test User.

As well as editing your own information, admins can usually view and edit most fields on an employee's My Details tabs.

Line managers can access and edit their own and their team's My Details tabs.
Add tabs to an employee's My Details
To give an employee access to the tabs available in My Details, on their Personal tab, select Actions > Set Rights > Advanced and choose each of the required indicators.
Edit an employee's details
If you are an admin or a line manager, go to Directories and select the required employee. The employee's My Details tabs display across the top of the screen.
Providing you have access permissions, you can edit the fields displayed in each tab.
