Change the default terms

The default terms used in the Rota module and this section are regions, stores and rovers. You can change these to suit your organisation if required.

  1. Go to System Tools > Utilities > Apps > Rota Configuration.

  2. In Region Label, enter the term to use instead of regions.

  3. In Store Label field, enter the term to use instead of stores.

  4. In Rover Label field, enter the term to use instead of rovers (i.e. employees who automatically have access to any new region).

  5. Select Save.

  6. A message displays. Select Ok to confirm you want to apply your changes to the Rota module and all other related system areas.
