Create new Stores

  1. Go to System Tools > Lookup Tables > Other > Store.

  2. On the Store screen, select Create New.

  1. Complete the Rota Store screen, using this table as a guide:

    Field Description
    Region Select the region from the list.
    Name Enter a name for the new store.
    Email Enter the email address of the nominated recipient for rota notification emails.
    Default Start Time
    Enter the store’s start time (needed for creating rotas based on working hours).
    Default End Time
    Enter the store’s end time (needed for creating rotas based on working hours).
    Min. Staff (Mo) Enter the minimum number of staff the store needs on Mondays.
    Min. Staff (Tu) Enter the minimum number of staff the store needs on Tuesdays.

     

    Min. Staff (We) Enter the minimum number of staff the store needs on Wednesdays.
    Min. Staff (Th) Enter the minimum number of staff the store needs on Thursdays.
    Min. Staff (Fr) Enter the minimum number of staff the store needs on Fridays.
    Min. Staff (Sa)
    Enter the minimum number of staff the store needs on Saturdays.
    Min. Staff (Su) Enter the minimum number of staff the store needs on Sundays.
    Active
    Select this option to make the store active (visible) in rotas.

     

  2. Select Save.

  3. Repeat steps 2 to 4 as required.

  4. On the Store screen, select Close.
