Using the Planner
The Recruitment module has a planner which you can use to plan and view recruitment activity (for example, interview dates). To access it, from the navigation menu, select Planner.
Choose to view the planner in a week or month format and if required, filter on vacancy, site or location.
The key to planner actions displays at the bottom of the screen. Confirmed actions show on the planner in a darker colour.
Select Actions on the planner to:

View candidates’ records
-
Invite attendees
-
Create mail merges
If you have VCS configured, you can save appointments to the calendar in Microsoft Outlook when sending invitations.
