Viewing forms

Document upload

Once an employee has completed their form and saved or submitted it, they can upload a document via Actions > Linked Documents.

To allow the employee to do this, in Set Rights Set Rights are the system permissions you allocate to employees to control the information available to a user about other employees., you must activate the Document Upload permission.

Once added, the paperclip displayed on the right-hand side of the record indicates an attachment is available. Select the paperclip to view the attachment. To delete the attachment, select the 'bin' icon or to add additional documents, select Create New.

Form via the homepage

Once created with the following criteria, your Form displays on the tabs along the top of the Homepage.

  • Submission (with no email added).

  • Full Screen.

  • Max record 1.

We designed this for employees who do not have access to the Form tab. Once submitted, the employee can no longer view it (only HR can see it from the Exports tab).

Exports and Reports - Exports

As with all exports, you can use the Field Selector to save your selections for future use.

Alternatively, you can use the standard report, which is also available.
