IRIS Cascade main accessibility characteristics
Summary
The application meets all of the relevant WCAG 2.2 Level A success criteria, most of the relevant Level AA success criteria, and some of the relevant Level AAA success criteria.
Most of the basics work well. Pages have clear structure, headings and labels are used well, links make sense in context, and the keyboard can reach and operate most things with a visible focus outline. Text can be resized, content reflows on small screens, and colour contrast meets the normal standard. The app does not include audio or video. Sign‑in is accessible without solving puzzles, and status messages are announced to assistive tech. Some things still need work: a few tasks do not offer a confirmation step; small notices can disappear before you can act; and if your session times out you might lose unsaved work. People who need very high contrast or extra navigation aids may still find some parts harder to use.

-
All abbreviations are explained, and the reading level is suitable for most users.
Animations and timing
-
Animations can be turned off in your system or browser preferences.
-
There are no time-limited actions except for session timeouts, which may cause unsaved changes to be lost.
Scaling and responsiveness

-
All controls remain usable when the display is resized.
Standards and regulations
We use Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 as a technical reference. Our ultimate aim is to make our applications as accessible as possible.
Prioritising the most used features
We think it's right to prioritise our efforts on making the features used the most and by the largest number of users as accessible as they can be. As a result, other parts of the product that are used only occasionally may be more difficult for some users to use.
Customisation of content by your organisation
Some parts of the product can be customised by your organisation. This can include the content of pages, forms, instructions, emails and downloadable documents. These customisations may affect the accessibility of some features in a way that is out of our control.
Contact us with feedback or to report an accessibility problem
We have a customer support department who can direct your feedback to the right people. As an end-user, you can't normally contact the department directly. Instead, ask your manager or HR representative to find out who has responsibility for contacting us on your behalf.
Give them the following information to pass to us:
The type of device you were using (for example: iPhone 17, or Windows 11 desktop computer).
The web browser and any assistive technology or applications you were using.
The pages or features where you found the problem.
A description of the problem.
Your contact details and the most accessible way to reach you, if you're happy for us to get in touch to find out more.
Accuracy and limitations
This Accesibility Statement provides summary guidance relating to a sample of the product, and is not intended to represent the needs of any individual or specific group of users. It should not be relied on to form part of any contract.
