Producing P60s

All employees must receive their P60 by 31st May each year.

You can either:

  1. Print P60s from Payroll Web onto plain paper.

  2. Integrate P60s with the employee's HR record and make them available in Self-Service.

    If this is your first year using online P60s, check with your system administrator that this screen is enabled for full employee access.

Print P60s

  1. In Payroll, select Employee Data: > Reports and Analysis.

  2. Select P60.

  3. Complete the required fields.

  4. Select Run.

    The P60 will be downloaded in PDF format.

Integrate P60s with HR

If you have not configured your P60 integration, you will need to do this before you begin.

  1. In Payroll > Employee data:, select Integration.

  2. Select P60s.

  3. Select the required employees.

    If no records are shown, you need to configure P60 integration.

  4. Select Synchronise.

    The P60s will now be available in HR > employee record > P60.
