Paying the apprenticeship levy

Employers need to:

• Calculate and pay their levy to HMRC via the Pay As You Earn (PAYE) process, alongside standard Income Tax and NI payments

• Report the levy to HMRC through the Employer Payment Summary (EPS) submission for Real Time Information (RTI)
