About Payslip Options

This section provides information about the payslip options available in IRIS Cascade Payroll Web.

Screenshots are taken from an IRIS Cascade test system and may not exactly match your system, which is configured to your own requirements. IRIS Cascade is always developing new functionality, and this guide will be updated as required.

Payslip options

Payslips are arguably the most important reports that your organisation’s Payroll department produces.

IRIS Cascade Payroll Web provides number of options for the format of your payslips, including designs for:

  • Online payslips that employees can access using IRIS Cascade HR self service

  • Payslips for printing on pre-printed stationery

  • Payslips for printing on plain paper

If you have uploaded your organisation’s logo to your system (Payroll > Application Data > Company Details > Logo tab), you can include it on payslips printed from Payroll or HR self-service. Logo files must be in GIF, JPG or PNG format, and the maximum file size is 2MB.
