Make employees leavers in HR

In HR, select the employee and go to their Leaver screen.

At the bottom of the screen, select Update Record. You will see the screen in editable format.

Complete the screen, using this table as a guide:
Leaver |
No is displayed in this field by default, but the system changes this to Yes when the employee has left |
Leaver Reason |
Select the appropriate reason from the drop-down menu If you cannot see the leaver reason you need, you can add it in Admin > System Lists |
Re-employ |
If your organisation would be willing to re-employ the employee, tick the box |
Notes |
If required, type any additional information |
Notice Given Date |
Type or select the appropriate date |
Last Working Day |
Type or select the appropriate date |
Left Date |
Type or select the appropriate date. This is the key field on this screen, as it is the only field from this screen that integrates with Payroll and is also used to calculate any pro rata payment adjustments |
Documents |
If you want to attach any documents to the leaver’s record, click Browse Files and select each file you want to attach, or drag and drop each file |

Select Save. The Leaver Dependency Check screen is displayed, which lists all the outstanding leaver actions.
Select Leaver Dependency Check at the top of the Leaver screen at any time.

To go back to the Leaver screen, select Back to Employee.
