Enter timesheet data
Go to HR. From the Advanced section, select Timesheet. Remember this relies on the correct role access.
The timesheets are listed by location and those shown depend on what the individual has been assigned. In this case, Vicky Bennett is the user and only has access to the Leeds office
This page also shows how many people sit under this location for each period created, how many have had their hours accounted for, how many have been locked and how many have been approved.
If the timesheets have been locked, only the authoriser can unlock and change any details.
To amend and submit a timesheet, select the relevant timesheet by using the radio button on the left-hand side and select
The following page will appear showing all employees who have been given a Timesheet Location in their Job & Salary record. For this example, it shows all employees with the Location of Leeds and their basic hours for that day according to their working calendar.
Select Edit .
If any of the fields are blank or incorrect, select Reset to Default which will default the employees hours back to the hours stored against their working calendar in their Job & Salary record.
To amend any of the hours, click the day name at the top of the screen:
This will then display all the elements you have requested to be configured onto the timesheet for each employee. If they have taken holiday or been off sick that day according to their planner, the hours will appear in the relevant columns:
If you want to insert the overtime for this week, against the relevant employees input the hours worked in the correct column and click save:
Repeat this process for each day within this week.
