Attach Codes to the Overtime Screen
Codes on the Payroll Overtime table can be added to the screen with system lists attached to facilitate the GL override function.
If you want to use this functionality, use the standard fields provided by IRIS Cascade. User-defined fields are not picked up within the Payroll Integration configuration area.

Go to the Payroll Overtime screen and select Screen Designer.

Select Tables & Fields.

Select Modify Existing Screen/Add and Remove Fields. The fields are added to table. To place these fields on the screen, select Add to Screen. (Use a field for each GL code part you want to override.)

When you've added the fields select Save Changes then close. The fields you added are displayed at the bottom of the screen.

On the field properties menu, change the Control Type to Select.

On the Valid list, select the system list you just created.

If required, double-click the field name to amend it then select OK to save the change.

Repeat this process for each field you've added to the screen.

Select Save & Exit. When viewing and adding records to the screen, the additional GL override fields will be available to select.
If you want employees to add this information via Self-service, check they have access to update the fields on their profile.
