About Group Timesheets
The Group Timesheets module provides the facility for Managers or Area Managers to access one or multiple locations and edit/add hours per day across all the employees at relevant locations in bulk. Through an easy to use interface a Manager can review, update, and submit timesheets for multiple employees on a single screen in a very short amount of time.
Before you begin
When setting up group timesheets you must first gather information such as who is going to oversee all the timesheets and which managers can see which groups of timesheets. For example, one Line Manager can see both Leeds and London Location groups, but another Line Manager can see only Belfast etc.

You must ensure all employees’ working calendars are correct as IRIS Cascade will populate their working pattern into the timesheets

You must ensure that all employees’ Hours on Job and Salary are correct, as IRIS Cascade will use this figure in timesheets
There are two rules which will need to be configured by the IRIS Cascade Service Desk, which are:

Whether you want your timesheets to display monthly, weekly, or four-weekly

What attendance categories you would like to appear on the timesheet (hourly rate elements only and a maximum of 15 elements)
N.B. If a user can see a timesheet, they will be able to see all the selected pay elements that have been configured by IRIS Cascade and cannot be broken down into locations. There is also no audit trail.
