Integration

Any Parental Bereavement Leave records held in HR will now show on the screen.

Integration will look back over the previous 56 weeks and display any records not already integrated, along with any records that have changed since they were last integrated.

Average Weekly Earnings are calculated based on the Relevant Period. The Relevant Period is the period of 8 weeks ending with the Relevant Week. The Relevant Week is the week (ending with a Saturday) before the week in which the child dies.

Where an integration warning exists, a yellow warning triangle will display within the Warnings column. Hover over the yellow warning triangle to review the details of the warning.

Warnings will be generated in the following scenarios:

  • Declaration Received not populated in HR – Integration will not be prevented

  • Average Weekly Earnings below LEL – Integration will be restricted

  • Continuous Service is less than 26 weeks – Integration will be restricted

  • Record previously integrated – Records will reappear in integration where the Date of Birth, Date of Death, Week 1 Start Date or Week 2 Start Date have changed

  • Integration will not be prevented
