Moving employees from one payroll company or frequency to another

Before you move employees from one payroll company or payroll frequency to another, you first need to make sure that Employee Move Integration is configured in Payroll.

To move employees from one payroll company or payroll frequency to another, you need to do both of the following:

• In HR, update their record to make sure that it is integrated with Payroll
• In Payroll, end their pay record in one payroll company, and then create a new pay record in the new payroll company
