Workflow service

The workflow service is set to run every 30 minutes (except for hosted customers).

If you want to start the workflow process manually before the next run is due to start; e.g. when testing workflow processes:

1. You can access HR from the top hand menu.

    

2. Select Workflow Service.

3. Select Run.
