Set a schedule workflow trigger

  1. You can access HR from the top hand menu.

     

  2. Select Process Catalogue.

  3. From Actions select Edit for the workflow you want to set triggers for.

  4. Select Set Trigger Events.

  5. Select Schedule.

  6. From Schedule Information, select when you want the process to run and how frequently (for example, daily, once a day). You can select at how many days interval you want the workflow process to run.

  7. Select the dynamic group of employees that the workflow process will run for. You can only trigger scheduled workflow processes for employees who are members of a dynamic group; e.g. the 10-year LOS group.

  8. Select which Linking to Records option you want to use.

  9. Select Save.
