Creating new workflow processes
Creating a new workflow consists of the following steps (in this order):

Add one or more stages to the workflow.
A stage is the name of a group of tasks that need to be completed within a workflow process.
You must add at least one stage to a workflow before you can add tasks. Stages can be in fixed or non-fixed order. It is important to note , with stages in fixed order, all tasks in Stage 1 must be completed before Stage 2 can start. It is important to make sure this will not delay the process before you decide to split a workflow into multiple stages. -
Add one or more tasks to each stage of the workflow.
