Set up course evaluations
If your organisation uses the IRIS Cascade Survey module, you can create course evaluation surveys in the same format as Workflow forms, to send to delegates before or after the course takes place.

Go to Training then select Schedule from the Schedules section.

Select the Evaluation tab. Any existing evaluations are listed. Select Add an Evaluation.

Select the required survey from Available Surveys.

Enter an Evaluation Title.

Specify when the evaluation will be available from and when it will end.
It is advisable to set this for at least two days after the course end date, to allow time to mark the course as complete and run the housekeeping jobs that generate the task that sends out the evaluation.

Finally, choose whether a task will be created and who will receive the evaluation.

Select Start.
