Add external delegates


If any external delegates attend your training courses, you can manage them within the system.

  1. Go to Training then select Configurationand thenExternal Delegates

  2. Any existing external delegates are listed. Select an existing delegate to edit or, from the end of the list, select Add New External Delegate.

  3. Add the delegate’s details to the screen. Fields marked with a red asterisk * are mandatory.

  1. Select Save.
