Self Service Timesheets

The TIME & ATTENDANCE screen will allow users to update and enter in specific events against employees and comment/authorise rule breaks. 

An alternative to this would be the Self-Service Timesheets option, this module feeds seamlessly into the TIME & ATTENDANCE screen, feeding both ways. This means you can enter information on the TIME & ATTENDANCE section or update the timesheet manually if you need to.

The TIME & ATTENDANCE screen allows you to log as many events as you like on the screen. If you would like employees to enter this information, you may want to have it by request to prevent employees from entering times without them being checked by someone. This could be a little cumbersome for people to put through requests to a line manager every time they log in and out of the building.  Self-service timesheets allow employees to enter all their clock-in times and submit them at once.

Putting information on the TIME & ATTENDANCE screen would also feed onto the Self-Service timesheets.

The timesheets will have an extra icon against the daily totals column.  This item gives a breakdown of the information captured on that day and shows any time penalties and Rulesets assigned to the employee.
