DocuSign credits

DocuSign credits are used to create DocuSign documents.

When a document is merged and an envelope is created, 1 credit is used.

Credit amount

You will choose how many credits you need when you purchase the DocuSign module. If you find that you need more credits, you can purchase additional credits throughout the year.

We recommend that you make a note of how many credits you purchase, and track your use.

All credits expire 12 months after purchase.

Credit types

There are 2 types of credit:

  • IRIS Cascade only: Can only be used for documents in IRIS Cascade.

  • IRIS Cascade and IRIS Networx: Can be used for documents in bothIRIS Cascade and IRIS Networx.
